Offsite training days
A day out of the office, with a valley to enjoy between sessions.
Four cities and three states are within a morning’s drive, and everyone is in the room by the time you start.
Coming from the office
The room is set before you arrive
The indoor room takes tables in rows, with the screen and the sound set up and tested before anyone arrives. The equipment is ours, so there is no hire fee inside it. What you are paying for is the room arranged and tested before you walk in, and you choose it when you book.
There are large sliding barn doors at both ends. Closed, they darken the room enough to project in daylight. Open, the valley is back.
The rest of the day
Coffee, lunch and the gaps do not have to happen in the room everyone has been sitting in all morning. The pavilion is open-sided and the lawn runs out to the valley, and when the presentations are finished that is what everyone walks out into.
What everyone will need
Wifi throughout. Eight power outlets on the pavilion, one to a post. Parking on gravel for twenty cars, with more on the grass. Four restrooms: two on the pavilion, one on the veranda, one indoors.
Lunch
There is no kitchen, so tell your caterer to come ready and to bring ice. The staging area is on Design Your Event. When you book we send you the Eden Vaile Rolodex: the professionals we recommend.
What it costs
A weekday is the easiest date to book. What it costs turns on how many are coming and whether you want four hours or eight, and the room set up for presentations is priced separately. Every figure is on Design Your Event.
