Weddings
Ceremony on the lawn with the valley behind it, dinner under the pavilion, and no drive in between.
Everyone who came is in the same room. You will not spend the day moving people from one place to another.
From the vows to the table
The lawn runs out to the valley, and the pavilion has no walls, so the view does not stop when dinner starts.
If it rains you are still getting married here
We watch the forecast, and if your day needs to be indoors we decide four hours before you arrive and set up inside. The old tasting room and the winery are 1,420 square feet of finished space, part of the same booking rather than something you add. Open the front barn doors and you are looking at the drive, the creek and the ridgeline.
What is here for your guests
Parking is on gravel for twenty, with more on the grass. Four restrooms: two on the pavilion, one on the veranda, one indoors. Wifi throughout, and eight power outlets on the pavilion, one to a post.
Your own people
Your caterer, your florist, your musicians, your photographer, and anyone else you want here. We do not sell food or music, and we do not take a cut of anyone who does. Alcohol is the one thing we handle ourselves, and whenever there is a bar we put one of our experienced bartenders behind it.
There is no kitchen, so tell your caterer to come ready and to bring ice. The staging area is on Design Your Event.
When you book we send you the Eden Vaile Rolodex: the professionals we recommend, and the places nearby where your guests can stay.
If your vendors need the day before
Flowers, a cake, anything hired. If they have to arrive before the morning of the wedding, that is The Full Day. We hold an hour window the day before and the day after, with early site access for setting up as far as it is needed. It is $600, and you add it when you book.
What it costs
What it costs depends on how many are coming and which day you choose. Four hours or eight, and every figure is on Design Your Event.
